Shop for CASA 2017 was a Huge Success

Shop for CASA 2017 was a huge success! We had over 100 community members shop for CASA kids! Thank you to our community for all of your wonderful support and donations. Because of your support, Voices for Children was able to provide a brand new backpack, toiletry bag, and at least two outfits for over 130 kids in the foster care system. Thanks to you, these kids won’t have to start school with clothes that don’t fit and no school supplies. We at Voices for Children feel honored to witness the strength and cohesiveness this community has shown to come together and help its children in need.

Shop for CASA is a small part of how we advocate for kids in foster care. Voices for Children recruits, trains and empowers community volunteers to act as advocates for children who are abused or neglected in order to promote the best interest of each child, in court and in the community. We currently serve over 180 kids in Brazos, Burleson, and Grimes counties.
